The person I dealt with was very polite despite a requirement at short notice. She sent the car to the hotel where I stayed which was convenient. When I received the car, the vehicle was clean and I was pleasantly surprised that the fuel was filled almost to full capacity; Something rare. Another good service, she agreed to collect the car at the airport before I left Miri. Thank you for the car and the excellent service.
